Article 1: the purpose of the memorandum

The purpose of the memorandum of understanding between Ghalib University and the Afghanistan National Charity Organization for Special Disease is to establish and expand academic and research collaboration between the two organizations, which includes shared use of all human and technical resources as well as data sharing.
